INTERSCAN is a full-cycle service company: equipment and software of our own design and production are used to assess the technical condition of oil and gas pipelines.

We widely use advanced development environments such as “Siemens NX”, “SolidWorks” and “Ansys” and strive to use up-to-date development methodologies such as DFSS and Lean Manufacturing.
We make diagnosis easy and understandable. The hardware and software developed by our specialists are so simple and convenient that any nondestructive testing specialist can master them after an 80-hour training course.

Nondestructive testing methods such as magnetic flux leak detection, ultrasonic, radiographic and magnetic particle testing, allows equipment to be inspected without damaging it.
Diagnostics of compressed air piping system
The method of nondestructive testing is used, which is based on the analysis of the interaction of the electromagnetic field created by blocks of eddy current transducers. This method allows safe determination of defects in the pipes.
Diagnostics of coils of technological furnaces
Due to the ongoing processes, the working conditions in furnaces are rightfully considered the most aggressive. A chemically active product under high pressure and temperature, with a powerful thermal effect makes their supervision of safe operation the most important and paramount.
Diagnosis of pipes with internal coating
INTERSCAN employees have developed and use equipment of various modifications for successful diagnosis of the state of the internal anti-corrosion coating and the correct installation of protective bushings.
Pre-commission diagnostics
Our area of activity includes the preparation of newly built pipeline transport facilities for commissioning using ILI compressor equipment. As well as inspection of pipelines that are not equipped with launching / receiving vessels.
External diagnostics
External diagnostic examination is carried out using several types of examinations, such as visual-measuring control, ultrasonic thickness measurement, ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic powder testing.
